5. Copy of itinerary for rush services.

6. Processing fees: $145.00 for rush - 1-2 working days.

7. Service charges: $125.00 for rush.

9. Return Postage: $22.00 Priority overnight (up to 3 passports) FedEx Saturday Delivery: $30.00

10. All the above requirements should be taken to a main US Post office or a Circuit court where your application will be executed in front of the clerk. The clerk will enclose the information in a sealed envelope. Once it has been sealed it cannot be reopened.
